Cue Master 3D: Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Cue Master 3D ("the game") is made by Bui Dinh Dan ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have. It covers the iOS and Android apps.

Summary

Data Collection & Analytics

Stored on your device

Your progress, settings, coins, gems, rating, cues, trickshot stars and statistics are stored only on your device. Deleting the game deletes them.

Online play

When you choose Play Online, the game connects to our game server (cuemaster3d.buidan.com) over an encrypted connection. The server receives your in-game nickname (generated by the game), level, rating, avatar number and equipped cue so it can find you an opponent at your level and show them your profile, plus your aim and shots during the match. This information is shared with your opponent for that match only. The server keeps it in memory while you are connected and does not store it, log it to a profile or link it to your device. Like any internet service, the server sees your IP address while you are connected; it is not stored. You can always play offline (vs AI, practice and trickshots) without connecting.

Advertising

The game shows optional rewarded ads (trickshot energy when you run out, one more shot in a trickshot stage, double coins after a match, free coins) and an occasional full-screen ad between matches through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect device and advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, ad interactions and diagnostic data. Ads are never required to play.

Analytics

The game does not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics or any other analytics SDK.

Notifications

If you allow reminders, the game schedules local notifications on your device (your free Daily Spin is ready, your trickshot energy is full, a nudge after a few days away). They are created on the device; no push service or server is involved.

On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. Online play is optional.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. Ads are configured as not child-directed and limited to content suitable for teens. There is no chat between players. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the game, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Account & Data Deletion

The game has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. To delete your data:
